Events: Mondays are Caregiver Days. We will be open all day long (as long as life doesn't get in the way) Stop in, chat, relax or maybe join us for a Relaxing Yoga class (those receiving support through MCS use MCSF when signing up for a yoga class). Events will be scheduled and advertised throughout the month.
Examples: Mini Spa Day, Retreats, Ax-Throwing, Paint Parties, Advocateing, Informational Sessions and much more....
