Gentle Yoga- Mat or Chair

Feel free to use a mat and,or a chair in every class in order to relax with gentle movement and peacefully allow your body to restore with stillness. If you are participating through MCS please the code MCSF at check out to pay for your class.

Yin Yoga and Meditation

Yin yoga uses slower, passive poses that are held for longer periods of time. During this class we will use different methods of meditation as a way to move through these longer held poses.

Our caregiver support groups provide a comfortable and compassionate atmosphere to share your story, be listened to and to be understood. Share your knowledge and ask questions. No need to sign up please see the schedule and feel free to join us anytime.

Slow Flow

A gently paced yoga class using our breath to move in and out of poses. As always we will facilitate every ability.

Relax and Restore w/ Yoga Nidra

Gentle and relaxing movement combined with restorative stillness. Along with yogic sleep introducing guided and meditation and other relaxation techniques in order to bring deep peace to the body, mind and especially consciousness.

A space for special needs children and their siblings to socialize and play. Enjoying space where others understand and share knowledge to help each other.

Restorative Yoga w/ Reiki

Restorative yoga allows us to practice poses in a relaxing and meaningful way. You will be supported by props to ensure comfort in a peaceful environment. Reiki Master Karen Tatro will share reiki with each participant in each pose. Reiki is a japanese technique of using energy in order to promote healing physically and emotionally.

Beginners Yoga

Weekly we will go over different poses in order to break them down and put them into practice. In this way we can work with each person's body individually to find works best for us. This class can be good for all levels.
